I bought a pair of running shoes a couple of weeks ago that seemed to be a good fit while I was at the store. After using them about five or six times, it turned out that they were not ideal for me. I went back in yesterday and saw the manager Jacob, who helped me buy them. Because I took advantage of their VIP program, I swapped out that pair for a new pair that are definitely going to work out way better for me. Jacob was awesome -- again -- in helping me and he did the whole thing wit a smile on his face. I highly recommend Road Runner Sports. Make sure you see Jacob when you go there.

My experience was incredible. My wife has been trying to get me in the store for months, I didnt really see the value in it. I buy sneakers all the time. I'm a sneaker head ive never really shopped for sneakers for the comfort, It's always been for the look and style of the sneaker. My feet have never been so excited, the sneakers are so comfortable. Thank you so much Jay for changing my life, my feet feel incredible in the shoe. My lower back pain is gone when I run now. Absolutely Incredible! Thank you Road Runner Sports your awesome!!

Great customer service from Nazar at Rockville Road Runners. He made the fitting process very easy, had insightful shoe recommendations tailored to my specific needs, and was patient as I weighed the pros/cons of my options. Overall, terrific experience.

I had the best experience with Nazar and another lady whose name I unfortunately did not catch. She had short hair, and was so nice! Nazar greeted me as soon as I got in the store had me settled, and asked what I needed. The experience was great, and customer service is certainly a priority here. I felt so taken care of. I got my feet measured and we addressed problems with my feet. A few minutes later, and I left with gorgeous shoes that will certainly help me want to stay on my feet (as I work in the restaurant industry). They also have different running things that I want to come back for, especially other shoes! This particular Road Runner is 30 minutes away from me, but I would gladly drive the distance!

That place is amazing. I think everyone, who cares about their feet and legs should stop there. Daniel H. worked with me and he was truly fantastic! Helpful, friendly and professional. He tested my walking and posture on special equipment to get all possible readings and find the models of shoes that would work the best for me. Daniel also made individualized shoe inserts for my feet and I can really feel the difference. I highly recommend Daniel and the store to everyone whether they need comfortable shoes for running, walking, fitness or tennis. My fitness routine feels so much better in my new fitted shoes with comfy inserts ❤️.

Naz was such a friendly, knowledgeable, and patient guy. It was my first time getting fitted for a pair of running shoes and he did a really amazing job helping me while managing the other customers as well. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a pair of shoes. 10/10 would come back

Update 30JAN26, Nazar showed amazing customer service. Despite the call center telling me inaccurate information, he addressed all my concerns with the online order and made sure I was aware of the information I needed. Super kind and helpful. Veronica made it so easy for myself and my wife. From customer service to helping us find our shoes, she made it effortless and comfortable. Highly recommend Veronica for any needs. Bought two pairs!

Great customer service. Last year, I wanted to start working on my running. Never been good at it, but had had several people suggest getting fitted for shoes vs just buying them off the rack. I became a member thinking I would cancel before the year was up. Fast forward and my membership just renewed. I recently bought a second pair of running shoes and after running in them a few times, my ankle started flaring up. I took the shoes back to the store and sure enough, exchanged it for a new and different pair. No questions asked. Honestly, I was surprised. I thought there would be a ton of questions but there was none of that. I got several recommendations from Lazar and left the store with a new pair. I'm not a big marathon runner or any of that. Just a regular person trying to run 1-2x a week. The added insurance of being able to exchange for another pair of shoes made it so I wasn't stuck with a pair of $140 shoes that hurt my ankles. Awesome service.

I had a great experienced at Road Runner all thanks to Jay. He helped me get into the properly fitting shoe for me. He did a good job laying out all my options but not forcing me into anything I did not want. He is extremely knowledgeable and cares about getting you fitted and comfortable. Hopefully you are lucky enough to get Jay during your buying experience!!

Pros: - Employees have great knowledge and help. Jay helped us understand how the measurements would affect the custom soles. He was easy to talk to about any concerns we had. - Quality of shoes, custom soles, and service was great. Shoes fit nicely. Jay even looked for different colors Cons: - Parking can be pretty tight and/or limited. - We spent about 1h30min there, with a lot of waiting time. There were a limited amount of employees while they had multiple people to help. Plan ahead if you know what you need!
